Kirkham Gallery
The Kirkham Gallery at the River & Rowing Museum is holding a contemporary art installation by the creative partnership brook & black. Using Gericault's famous painting The Raft of the Medusa as a touchstone, the artists have responded to themes of the river, flood, climate change and loss. Using video, sculpture and sound they have created a poetic, multi-layered art installation that reaches beyond the interior gallery space.

brook and black have recently exhibited in France, Germany, and most recently at the Wallace Collection, London. Find out more about the exhibition at the BBC website.
